Q. The Manufacture of this Aircraft & What it is called?

Ans: This aircraft is called Ecureuil AS350 B2 which is the product of Eurocopter  and made in France.

Q. What alttitude it can fly?

Ans: It can fly and land up to 20,000ft. from mean sea level. Depending upon weight.

Q. How many people can accommodate in this aircraft and what are the seating arrangements?

Ans: This aircraft can accommodate five passengers excluding  pilot and one passenger can seat left side of Captain’s seat and four passengers can seat behind theCaptain’s seat forward facing  of the aircraft with an excellent view for all Passengers.

Q. What affects the helicopter flight? Can you do instrument flight or night flight?

Ans: High altitude, High temperature, High humidity affects the performance of the   helicopter. So, it will be the last decision of the captain’s whether to do flight or not. As helicopter in Nepal can fly only visual flight Rules (VFR) so we do not fly instrument flight and night flight.

Q. How we can book flight?

Ans: For booking the flight you can contact us through email or by any means of communication, we will book your flight according to your needs. Online booking facilities also available.

Q. What about Ambulance arrangement?

Ans: According to clients needs we can arrange the ambulance upon your arrival at airport but you have to pay directly  the ambulance charge.

Q. Do helicopter is well equipment with medical assistance or Doctor onboard?

Ans: All helicopter which operate in Nepal is not well equipped with Medical assistance but we can provide Oxygen and Doctor with the needs of Clients.

Q. What is the mode of payment?

Ans: You can pay us by cash, cheque or through credit card by credit card payment, first we have to take the authorization from the bank/ we prefer all the payment before departure but you can do the payment according to our mutual understand and the facility of the credit also available for the regular customer.

Q. Can we fit external camera for the aerial film shooting?

Ans: Our crew is experienced for the aerial shooting with external cameras fitting. It will take sometime for the camera mounting at the fuselage and we can fit the camera inside the cabin also but depending upon the camera operation the voltage may be not suitable, for this we need all the information regarding camera and its equipment.

Q. Can we remove the doors of the aircraft ?

Ans: Of course we can remove the aircraft door and that aircraft have four standard door board and starboard. We can remove doors but there is some restriction such as speed and we have to take extra precautions.

Q. Can we use this aircraft as cargo aircraft and what is the load distribution?

Ans: Of course we can use this as Cargo aircraft but depending upon the temperature & alttitude the loads can be carried and  load distribution is as follows: On rear cabin  floor = 310 kgs, On LH forward cabin floor 150 kgs. In the rear hold 80 kgs, in the LH hold 120 kgs. In the RH hold 100 kgs. The maximum permissible wt. 2250 kgs which includes aircraft empty weight and fuel.

Q. Can you do Mountain Flight and what will be the timing?

Ans: Of course we can do Mountain flights and depending upon the passengers weight we can fly upto 20,000 ft comfortably with spectaculars views of Mountains and regarding to passengers needs the timing can be done normally 3 hours  to Everest region from Kathmandu, but according to needs of clients we can make the timing.
